Reception opening hours
Our reception is open on Mondays and Fridays from 9 am to 5 pm. During the high season, De Egmonden reception is open on Saturdays from 9 am to 5 pm. You can always reach the reception of Hotel Zuiderduin using the telephone on the counter of De Egmonden.
Personal care
Personal care is possible for guests with a care indication by Zorgcirkel Egmond.
Adapted bath
For bathers who require specialist care, a height-adjustable bathtub is available. A patient hoist is not provided as a default. You can request one beforehand.
Evacuation chair
The floors are equipped with an EVACCHAIR.
Shower stretcher
A shower stretcher is available. The bathroom in your apartment is large enough to accommodate a shower stretcher.
Beach wheelchair
A beach wheelchair with special pneumatic tires can be rented at Bike Mike. Reservations can be made by sending an e-mail to: info@bikemike.nl. Visit the BikeMike website for more information.
Use kitchen in common area
The kitchen in the common area, equipped with professional equipment, can be rented for groups of 50 people or more. The costs are € 225.00 per day including use of crockery.
De Egmonden consists of 25 modern and completely wheelchair-friendly holiday apartments. The apartments are wheelchair accessible, have wide passageways, are barrier-free, electrically height-adjustable beds, and kitchens and adapted bathrooms.
We have apartments for 2, 4, 6, and 8 people.

There is no restaurant in/near De Egmonden. We do have a cozy lobby and kitchen that can be used if De Egmonden is rented entirely by groups.
The basis of your stay is self-catering. Each apartment has a modern and fully equipped kitchen. Thanks to our collaboration with Restaurant Natuurlijk and Brasserie Santiago, it is possible to have your dinner delivered to your apartment.

De Egmonden has a wide range of facilities. There is a parking garage, a fitness room, an in-house physiotherapy practice and an infrared cabin.
Thanks to the collaboration with Restaurant Natuurlijk and Brasserie Santiago, it is possible to have your dinner delivered to your apartment. It is also possible to rent a beach wheelchair and electric wheelchair bike from our partner BikeMike.

Your dog(s) must be indicated when booking.
No items, such as a dog bed or food bowl, are available for your dog in our apartments. You must bring this with you from home.

View the apartmentsDuring your stay, you have free access to a parking space in our parking garage. The parking garage is only accessible to guests of De Egmonden. Good to know: the parking garage has a clearance height of 2.45 metres.
You can use our parking garage from 1:00 p.m. on your arrival day and until 12:00 p.m. on your departure day.
Important: by order of the fire brigade, electric cars are not allowed to park in our garage. You can park your electric car on our parking deck.

Upon arrival at your apartment, the beds are made and towels are provided. Clean linens and towels are provided once a week.
Our entire apartment complex is non-smoking. This means that smoking is not allowed in the apartments and facilities of the complex.
Apartment De Egmonden is located in Egmond aan Zee. In this picturesque coastal village, you can enjoy your well-deserved holiday all year round.
